Tom was born and raised in Chambersburg, PA.  After high school, he worked with his grandfather and learned the trade of being an electrician.  Tom is a veteran of the U. S. Army and he eventually became an air conditioning and refrigeration specialist, using his experience in the electrical construction field where he became a project superintendent.  As the construction industry began to fail, he worked as a maintenance electrician at several factories.  He is, currently, the maintenance supervisor at a major distribution center.
Beginning at an early age, and continuing today, Tom has always been involved in music of all kinds.  His mother was a fantastic pianist and his father was a singer and choir director.  He participated in the junior choir and sang in adult choirs at various churches over the years.  After attending several Bill Gaither concerts and listening to many CD’s, he became hooked on southern gospel music.  This led him to have the opportunity to sing with the gospel group called “The Upper Room”, then “King’s Ambassadors Quartet” and then owned his own group, known as “Crystal River” for six years.  Tom’s wife kept telling him that she knew the Lord would open another door and she was right.  Tom is now the baritone singer for Keystone State Quartet and looks forward, once again, to sharing Jesus with all of you through the music that we will be singing.
Tom has been married to his wife, Mary Lou for 54 years and they are still going strong.  Their make their home in Chambersburg, PA. They have been blessed with one son, two grandchildren and one great-grandchild over the years. Tom has realized how good the Lord has been to him and his family over the years and he looks forward, as the Gaither song says, to “Loving God, Loving Each Other, Making Music With My Friends”.
Tom is a friendly guy that loves the Lord and he’ll be more than happy to talk to you until they turn the lights out.
